Mulawin Awards.

MULAWIN GOLDEN UGATPAK AWARDS.
This post is long overdue. I was supposed to write this after posting the retelling of the final episode. But I got sidetracked. I don’t have much to add to everything that’s been already said about Mulawin. I’ll just say that among the things that made the show unique is that it wasn’t just a TV show. It also became an Internet phenomenon. It has got to be one of the best-covered local shows on the World Wide Web, and that is due to the had work, support and genuine interest of all the bloggers and fans online. I think, now, the strength of a TV series’ Internet presence can be used to partially gauge it popularity. If you can be bothered, why not look back on the series and vote for your choices in the following categories? CATEGORIES
Best Actor
Best Actress
Worst Actor
Worst Actress
Best Fighter
Lamest Fighter
Best Hero
Best Villain
Favorite Character (not necessarily the “best” character)
Most Hated Character (not necessarily a villain)
Best Monster Worst Monster
Best Hero Costume
Best Villain Costume
Best Weapon
Worst Weapon
Best Effects
Worst Effects
Best Fight Scene
Worst Fight Scene
Best Dramatic Scene
Worst Dramatic Scene
Funniest Scene
Corniest Scene.
Best Confrontation Scene
Scene that made you go "Eeeewww!!!" or "YUCK!!"
Best Episode
Worst Episode
Best Flashback
Most Obvious Spoof
Most Shocking Revelation
Finest Moment
Most Annoying Scene or Incident
Most Glaring Loophole
Most Memorable Line What did you learn from Mulawin? What do you think should have happened in Mulawin but did not?

BEST ACTOR – Michael de Mesa
BEST ACTRESS – Amy Austria
WORST ACTOR – James Blanco (walang dating, sorry)
WORST ACTRESS – Tanya Garcia (isa pa ‘to, original miscast)

BEST FIGHTER – Hampas the Musang
LAMEST FIGHTER - Bagwis
BEST HERO – Lourdes (strongest character, IMHO)
BEST VILLAIN - Vultra
FAVORITE CHARACTER - Rasmus
MOST HATED CHARACTER - Dakila
BEST MONSTER – Giant stone-man
WORST MONSTER – Lino

BEST HERO COSTUME - Aguiluz
BEST VILLAIN COSTUME – Rasmus’ armor, Vultra’s headdress
BEST WEAPON – Aguiluz’s flute/sword
WORST WEAPON – Alwina’s shawl
BEST EFFECTS – Giant stone-man
WORST EFFECTS – Lino

BEST FIGHT SCENE – The final battles at the close of season #2
WORST FIGHT SCENE – All of Bagwis’ fight scenes
BEST DRAMATIC SCENE – Veronica’s funeral
FUNNIEST SCENE -
CORNIEST SCENE – Aguiluz’s and Alwina’s romantic scenes
SCENE THAT MADE YOU GO "EEEEWWW!!!" OR "YUCK!!" – LINO, LINO, LINO!!!

BEST EPISODE – The last episode
WORST EPISODE – The episodes when Alwina died, and the Perico and Scouts appeared. (It’s the weakest. I think that’s when they were changing the plot to extend the show.)

BEST FLASHBACK
MOST OBVIOUS SPOOF – Julian and Alwina in the tree house imitating Jack and Rose in “Titanic.”
MOST SHOCKING REVELATION – Gabriel is a Ravena.
FINEST MOMENT – The sacrifice of Veronica.
MOST ANNOYING SCENE OR INCIDENT – Dakila knew all along that Aguiluz is the son of Ravenum.
MOST GLARING LOOPHOLE – Ang dami nito… The timeline got totally screwed up because of the Hiyas Na Walang Kupas. Also, why didn’t the Ravena ask Balasik where the Mulawin tree is?
MOST MEMORABLE LINE – Ang hirap nito. Iisipin ko muna.

WHAT DID YOU LEARN FROM MULAWIN? – Before Mulawin, I wanted to be a good person. After Mulawin, I wanted to be a better person.

Also, I learned that you can be a lying hypocrite (Dakila) and still be called a sage by the King (Bagwis)!

WHAT SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED IN MULAWIN BUT DID NOT? Dakila should have died in the first episode.

Also, Niwalum SHOULD have cloned Alwina, Veronica, Bagwis, etc. so that everyone involved in a love triangle would’ve gotten a clone and settled for it. Happy ending.

‘Yung iba, iisipin ko pa. :)

Hot News From The Automotive Lending Industry!!

+++++++++Current Profile+++++++++
InterFinancial Holdings, Corp (IFLH)
Current Price $0.036
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Is this an undiscovered gem priced to go higher!!
Please read the following Announcement in its Entirety and Consider the Possibilities
Watch this One to Trade!

IFLH announces Senator David Cain has joined its Board of Directors!!

IFLH volume trading is beginning to surge with landslide Announcement. The value of this
stock appears poised for growth! This one should not remain on the ground floor for long.

BREAKING NEWS!!
InterFinancial Holdings, Corp. (OTC Pink Sheets: IFLH - News) announced that they have added
David Cain to their board of directors. David Cain is currently the Chairman of the advisory
board to TTI (Texas Transportation Institute). Senator Cain represented Senate District 2 for
eight years in the Texas Senate and Chaired the Senate State Affairs Subcommittee on
Transportation and served nine terms in the Texas House of Representatives for District 107.

During his twelve years as Chairman of the House Committee on Transportation, Senator Cains
efforts on behalf of the people of Texas have been widely recognized. He was named to Texas
Monthly Magazines list of Ten Best Legislators, the Dallas Morning News said he was one of
the outstanding legislators of the 73rd session, and the Texas Department of Transportation
awarded him the Russell H. Perry Award in 1995 for his efforts to gain public awareness of
the need for and benefits of transportation facilities in the State of Texas.

Jeffrey C. Bruteyn, Managing Director, stated, We at InterFinancial are proud to have such a
widely recognized Senator join our board and oversee out automotive lending division. His
affiliations and connections to the automotive industry will be invaluable to our company.
Senator Cain will be instrumental in expediting our approval to use a government issued Seller
Finance License.

Seller Finance Licenses are very difficult to obtain and are usually reserved for the Big Boys
with heavy lobbyists. These licenses are highly coveted because it allows the finance company
to collect the entire down payment, instead of paying a portion of it to the taxing authority.
This dramatically helps a finance companys bottom line if the buyer defaults on the loan.

With the new GPS tracking systems being installed on every car to dramatically improve
repossessions and with Senator Cain on the Board of Directors, InterFinancial Holdings
is ready to take their business to the next level.

Conclusion:

The examples above show the Awesome, Earning Potential of little known Companies
That Explode onto Investors Radar Screens. This stock will not be a Secret for long.
Then You May Feel the Desire to Act Right Now! And Please Watch This One Trade!!
GO IFLH!

Hi, you almost lost me for one second there... but I'm glad I didn't click away. First, I enjoyed your post, and second, maybe you can help. I don't know how much blog spam you get but I get tons on my blog. Most of the time I'm talking about used surfboards stuff because I have a used surfboards website, and people post all this junk with their links and stuff. As blog owners, I guess we'll always be subject to the unethical and inconsiderate. Well, hopefully it's not driving you to crazy... Good luck partner, enjoy the positives friend.

Bye ~

Great post Blogger, without blogs like yours I would be miserable and bored. My recent injury has me cooped up at home, so it's always lucky to find a gem like your blog here to keep me amused. My used surfboard website is getting better but it's hard to find information on used surfboard stuff, so I like learning from quality blogs like yours because it helps me in my web projects. You do a sweat job my friend. I'll be bookmarking your site in a special place. Will probably tell a friend too.

Nice work ~

Blogger, I need a little inspiration... I've read your post 'Mulawin Awards.', I enjoyed it so I decided to comment. I've been thinking about my blog and how there are all these people posting strange comments there. Maybe you understand, I'm not sure, but it's tiring to read the numbers of comments that don't have much to do with my stuff. My normal surf boards website never suffers this because it just sells surf boards and isn't a blog. Do you have any ideas for how to stop the cluttering of non-relevant comments? Thanks for your great blog. Tips are always welcome...

good day -
